Frozen sweet corn is a premium farm-to-table vegetable product, selected from fresh, plump sweet corn ears grown in fertile, pollution-free agricultural bases with optimal sunlight and water conditions. We adhere to strict harvesting standards—only picking corn at its peak ripeness (7-8 mature) when the kernels are juicy, sweet and brimming with natural flavor, ensuring the best taste and nutritional retention.
The production process follows international food safety and quality control norms (HACCP, ISO22000,BRC). Right after harvesting, the corn ears are rapidly transported to the processing plant, undergoing a series of standardized procedures: cleaning, husking, silk removing, cutting, blanching (to inactivate enzymes and lock nutrients), quick-freezing at -38℃ ultra-low temperature (IQF individual quick freezing technology) and cold storage at -18℃. The whole process from harvesting to freezing is completed within 2 hours, which maximally preserves the original sweetness, crispness, bright golden color and rich nutrients of sweet corn, including dietary fiber, vitamin B group, vitamin C, potassium and natural fructose, with no added pigments, preservatives or sweeteners.
